A good antioxidant. Durian contains high amount of vitamin C, wide range of vitamin B and vitamin E that play vital role in the anti-aging process of the body. Vitamin C in particular is an important component for making collagen, thus consuming

durian helps in maintaining healthy skin.


Maintaning healthy bones, controlling heart rate and blood pressure. The high level of potassium contained in Durian is important in keeping the blood pressure and heart rate in healthy level. In addition, the potassium conserves calcium in our bones and joints, making them healthy and strong.


Promote stronger immune system. Durian is rich in iron which is essential in producing white blood cells. Enough amounts of these cells help fight infections and build stronger immune system.
Stress reliever. The amino acids called Tryptophan contained in Durian help in promoting happy feelings. Tryptophan boosts serotonin and melatonin level, the hormones that regulates our emotions.
